Reminds me of all the good times I had on Maplestory :D It also kinda reminds me of final fantasy 9, makes me feel very cheerful. All I could really recommend is maybe make it a bit longer, it seems to end so soon XD Very well done ^^

beginning is kinda annoying, but I understand why it's there, and it makes sense. The song in itself is pretty nice, nothing is overpowering, and it all seems to fit together. nice work :)

Sounds terrific, loops just fine too

I've never made any loops, so I don't know how it works, but from where I'm listening it sounds great, something I could possibly listen too for hours on end. The piano goes well with the drums, and nothing over powers the other. Great work, can't wait to hear more from you.

Thanks! lol. I changed my style in Techno lol. Now I make Acid Techno. I'm currently making a song called "Heavy Crash". I hope you'll like that song as well.

EDIT: The song is gonna be called "Outbreak" instead lol. I want to keep the track names related to the album I'm making (BioHazard).

Sounds were awesome, though beginning was a bit weird, kinda sounded like seagulls, but was cool. It would probably sound cool with vocals lol.
